Henok Tesfaye
President and CEO
Henok founded U Street Parking Inc., in 1998. Henok developed his parking management acumen while working in the parking industry for over six years where he started of as a parking attendant and worked his way up through management. During his time with in the industry Henok was introduced to parking management from a large company’s prospective. Although the large company was a great experience for Henok he often felt if give the right opportunity he would welcome the chance to start a small but well managed firm in which the direct focus is on the customer. Henok is a true believer in the notion that size should not sacrifice service. In his own words, “here at U Street Parking, we truly believe Parking starts with U! We are in business to serve and our success depends on the options and flexibility we offer our VIP’s”. Henok earned a bachelors of science in business. He resides in Virginia with his wife and two children.
Yared Tesfaye
Vice President and COO
Yared, was instrumental in the development and start up of the company. He did anything and everything to assist his older brother with his dream. Yared officially joined U Street Parking in 2002 after completing college. His true passion is the day to day operations of the company. Nothing pleases him more than serving our VIP's daily while ensuring that our team of service fanatics is engaged and constantly putting U first. Yared, to this day works as a parking attendant three times a week. In his words, “Our team of service fanatics is what makes us unique. Each day I work side by side with our experts I learn more and more about the parking industry”. Yared earned a bachelor's in business. He resides in Virginia with his lovely fiancée.
